Boxing Clayton is run by staff who have a passion for the sport of boxing. Our trainers and coaches have over 85 years experience in the sport, so we’ve seen the benefits that boxing can bring to different people. Whether you want to compete in boxing seriously or enjoy the cardio and weight loss benefits, boxing is an amazing sport.

Boxing Clayton is targeted towards those men and women who are having trouble finding the time and commitment in making themselves physically and mentally healthier. Whether this being businessmen, businesswomen or full-time stay-at-home parents – we have it all covered.
Our services are designed to cater all fitness levels. These range from introductory stage – never strapped on boxing gloves before or haven’t participated in any form of physical activity, right through to advanced stage – regular partaker in boxing with a high level of fitness.
